If you purchased directly from our website and receive an incorrect, damaged (excluding carrier damage), or missing item, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement if you notify AnimalDeltaHouse within 10 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.

Please provide photos clearly showing the packing slip, the product, and the shipping box with the label visible to help us resolve the issue promptly.

If you opted for package protection through a third-party service like Route and your shipment was lost, stolen, or damaged, please file a claim directly through their platform. For packages marked as delivered, claims must be filed between 5 and 15 days after delivery confirmation. For packages marked as lost or undelivered, claims can be submitted from 7 up to 30 days after the last tracking update.
