6. Orders & Payments
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to orders suspected of fraud, resale, or legal non-compliance. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information and to update your account as needed.
7. Shipping Policy
We currently only ship within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, but this is not guaranteed. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for loss, theft, delays, or damage, unless covered by Route Shipping Insurance (if purchased at checkout).
We do not ship to addresses where hemp-derived cannabinoids are restricted or illegal. Orders to those areas may be canceled without notice.
